To uplift and empower marginalized communities in Maharashtra—especially women, children, farmers, and the urban-rural poor—by promoting access to education, healthcare, social justice, and economic self-reliance. DHMRF is committed to fostering dignity, equality, and opportunity for all, working through grassroots action, community partnerships, and compassionate service.
Vision To build an inclusive, just, and harmonious society where every individual—regardless of caste, creed, or background—can live with respect, security, and hope. DHMRF envisions Maharashtra as a place where the disadvantaged are empowered, social evils and inequalities are overcome, and the ideals of equality, self-reliance, and human dignity guide every community and institution.
